• Oxford City Homes is seeking a self motivated and enthusiastic individual, able to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team, to provide first line support to a variety of system users.

• The position will use a wide spectrum of skills including: problem solving, fault diagnosis and rectification, report development and user training, focusing on providing an efficient support service for all users of the computer systems primarily utilised within Oxford City Homes, but also Council wide.
