Due to the retirement of our long-standing caretaker, we are looking for a new caretaker who will maintain the high
standard of care and attention given to our school over the years.
The successful candidate will need to:
- Be well-motivated, reliable, enthusiastic and conscientious.
- Develop good working relationships with staff, pupils, parents, local residents, contractors and visitors.
- Be able to use their initiative in carrying out a wide range of activities.
- Have good DIY skills and a good knowledge and understanding of buildings and grounds maintenance.
- Have a good awareness of health and safety regulations.
Be able to respond effectively to emergencies, which may arise.
