Location Based at Earlwood Depot.

Neighbourhood Services has a depot at Earlswood which provides a wide range of services to the residents of Reigate & Banstead through direct provision. They include Refuse Collection, Recycling, Cleansing and Grounds Maintenance.

As part of our change programme, we have established a new role of Service Development Officer (Team Leader).You will need to be a highly motivated self starter. Your role will require you to be confident in leading a small back office administrative team plus supporting the Recycling & Waste Co-ordinator to manage performance and standards monitoring.

You will have experience of operational databases and other information streams – knowledge of GIS would be an advantage. Some of the work will be undertaking site surveys and inspections and liaising with the operational team and the managers to improve services.You will also assist with project & task management.

Being an experienced team leader is essential as is being qualified to NVQ Level 4 or equivalent experience in an operational orientated environment. A full driving licence is essential.
