Research underpinning business support in London
Leading research activity you will forge effective strategies for success including cost effective resource allocation to support the delivery of the LDA’s economic development agenda and associated business plans. In particular you will conduct research to identify market failures inhibiting the growth of SME’s and will contribute to the design of business support initiatives. You will also engage with both businesses and business support providers to understand opportunities and constraints in implementing support initiatives.
You will have extensive experience with a top strategy consulting firm, including undertaking highly complex analytical work and project management. A graduate with experience in a relevant discipline, you will have expert knowledge to conduct research to identify market failures that inhibit business growth, and in collaboration with others, will develop an evidence base to support proposed interventions and identify the most effective approaches.
