We are looking for a committed individual for our project which provides temporary accommodation for homeless men and women with low/medium support needs based in the City of London.

It is a challenging and varied role responsible for initiating and developing a broad range of activities and group sessions for service users both within the project and within the wider community.

You will liaise closely with the project’s key workers & the Specialist Services Team to motivate service users, help them to identify their aspirations & to become involved.

You will consult with service users & involve them in the design and running of the service. You will also devise and implement a programme of social and other activities to encourage participation and reduce isolation.

If you have an understanding of the experiences of homeless people, and broad experience of tenant participation and working with statutory and voluntary sector agencies, this role will enable you to make a real difference in peoples’ lives!
