The London Development Agency (LDA) is the Mayor’s agency responsible for driving London’s sustainable economic growth, and it’s our job to ensure that London remains a global success story – in the next year, the next decade and in the next century. We work to deliver the Mayor’s vision for London to be a sustainable world city with strong, long-term economic growth, social inclusion and active environmental improvement.

The London Development Agency currently owns in excess of 2,000 acres of land principally located in East London.

Fulfilling London’s future needs will require putting the necessary infrastructure in place, building high quality homes and improving public space and commercial property, on this land and surrounding areas.

We now seek to appoint key individuals to help us achieve our ambitions;

Responsible for ensuring the provision of accurate management information, budgeting, monitoring project performance, raising invoices for stage payments, maintaining databases, producing reports and liaising with key stakeholders.

One post will work alongside the development team and assist in the preparation of development proposals. The post would ideally suit an individual with some development experience or a part or newly qualified surveyor or similar.

One post will work alongside the Estates & CPO team and a person with a property or estates background and database management experience is desirable, this role may suit a new or partly qualified surveyor.
