The project comprises a number of parallel work-streams including gathering, cleansing, analysing and presenting data as well as developing an interactive website as a ‘one-stop-shop’ for data and intelligence on the District (aimed at policy makers, Councillors and citizens). The Observatory will allow data to be combined, mapped and visualised in ways that were previously not possible, which will increase the capacity for more effective partnership working.
