We are looking for an experienced regeneration Project Manager to lead and develop a range of new and existing NDC funded projects. You will play a lead role in supporting at least one of the Partnership thematic groups specialising in Employment and Skills, Health and Wellbeing, and Education and Young People.

Responsibilities

To be responsible for the project management of a range of revenue and
capital projects within the South Kilburn Partnership area, and in so doing
play a key role in the delivering the South Kilburn Partnerships New Deal
for Communities funded programme.

To develop, implement, monitor and evaluate of a range of revenue
and capital funded regeneration projects.

To be the “lead” officer for one or more of the South Kilburn
Partnership Theme Committees

To report on progress and performance to The South Kilburn
Partnership Board and Theme Committees.

Knowledge, Skills And Qualifications

Knowledge of regeneration funding sources, experience of successfully bidding and a formal qualification in Project Management would be desirable
