There is no better time for accomplished Probation Officers to be joining the Surrey and Sussex Probation Trust. We currently have vacancies in several locations, including East and West Sussex, Brighton, HMP Coldingley and HMP Bronzefield (job-share).

Reporting to the SPO in either a Public Protection Team, Offender Management or a Prison setting,you will have a proven track record as a competent and high performing, qualified Probation Officer.

Successful applicants will need to be able to demonstrate:
• Successful management of a diverse and challenging caseload.
• Ability to collate information, write clear reports and communicate effectively.
• A thorough understanding of offender management and its implementation in practice.
• Evidence of commitment to quality and practice improvement.
