The Tenant Services Authority (TSA) is the new independent regulator for affordable housing in England. There are nearly 10 million people living in affordable housing and many millions more who are unable to meet their housing needs in the open market. Our goal is to raise the standards of services for affordable housing tenants.

From 1 April 2010, TSA will be responsible for the regulation of the local authority and ALMO housing domain. We are now seeking recruit a team of secondees to work within our risk and assurance, policy and tenant services teams and to help strengthen our skills, knowledge and understanding in this key area of our business.

To be considered for these opportunities you will be currently working in a senior position within a local authority, ALMO or similar organisation with responsibility for and/or experience of housing policy and strategy development and delivery of housing management services.
