We are looking for an Information and Assurance Officer to join our new Performance Business Unit. The successful applicant will need to be outgoing and approachable with good influencing and communication skills. You will enjoy working across all business units in the Council providing advice and support on a range of areas, including performance, business continuity and risk management. You will also have excellent and accurate analytical skills to assist in the analysis and provision of performance information to support and inform Business Units, Corporate Management Team and Members. The post holder will be required to undertake the administration of the performance management system.
The successful applicant will also be able to manage and prioritise workload and to work flexibly (including both hours / location) to ensure effective service delivery.
