Origin housing is looking for an active and enthusiastic person to join our Property Services Team
Origin is a dynamic and diverse housing group providing high quality housing and support services across London & the Home Counties.

We own and manage over 5,000 homes; we have a commercial portfolio and houses for sale to deliver value & funding for our communities.

You will need to lead in the procurement and management of suitable gas and water hygiene contractors/ and consultants to deliver robust maintenance and service contracts and adopt a culture of continuous improvement.

Experience is required in gas maintenance and servicing contracts. They will be able to identify, procure and manage other building services contracts.

The successful candidate will manage and monitors spend and commitments against the budget. They will ensure appropriate arrangements are in place for auditing the servicing and installations relating to gas and water hygiene.

They will ensure monthly KPI/PI reports are produced and to use these for effective management of contractor’s performance and the improvement of contractor services.

The successful candidate will line manage property services administrator/coordinator and project manage and carry out contract administration role for planned maintenance works.

Knowledge of plumbing and water hygiene management is ideal.

With the relevant qualifications and/or work experience, you will have the skills to undertake a full range of gas installation and maintenance duties

You must be customer focused and have excellent communication, IT, numeracy and problem solving skills.
