As Executive Director – Housing & Customer Services, you will play a key role in
leading and developing our housing and customer services to build on our
successes as a customer focused organisation.
Experienced at a senior level providing housing services, you will need to
demonstrate;
 An ability to operate strategically whilst managing a range of operational
services to meet key performance objectives
 Track record of developing and delivering customer focused housing
services with a strong commitment to continuous improvement
 Excellent leadership and management skills
 Highly effective communication skills, able to persuade and influence a
broad range of internal and external customers, partners and groups
