To manage specific projects efficiently and effectively to time and to budget so that agreed targets and outcomes are achieved.

To undertake fundraising for BCP and agreed projects.

To work with Greater London Leisure (GLL) and Lewisham Youth Service to develop projects and programmes to maximise the use of the Leisure Centre by local residents.

As directed by the Project Director, to liaise with other local groups and funders and to represent BCP at community meetings, events and projects so that BCP remains embedded in the community and its targets and plans are achieved.
