We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter for the role of Change Communications Officer within our Group Communications team.

With a dedicated team of more than 2,000 staff, Circle Anglia manages over 51,500 homes and provides care and support services for more than 187,000 people across the UK. With so many staff and so much good work going on, our Group Communications team plays an instrumental role in building our high performing culture and protecting our mission.

The successful applicant will lead on a range of communications activity including devising and working on online and offline employee communication strategies, liaising with senior leadership, protecting and projecting our mission and successfully implementing our business plans.

Applicants need to be passionate, well-organised and results-driven with excellent customer service skills and an obvious and enviable talent for communications. Knowledge and experience of working in a busy communications department in either an agency, consulting or client-side role is essential.
