Genesis Housing Association is looking to appoint a Business Analyst (Supported Housing) based in their London office. 

About the role Reporting to the Head of Business Reporting, this role is responsible for the management reporting, financial planning and analysis that is required to manage and grow the Associations Supported Housing service. Taking responsibility for the finance part of contract tenders and new business appraisals is a key part of this position. This is a management post with responsibility for developing a delivery focused culture and team environment.

About you You must be a fully qualified accountant with strong leadership skills and experience of acting as a Finance Business Partner. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills; have previously cultivated strong business relationships and proven ability to influence key stakeholders. Knowledge of Supported Housing and working for a customer service focussed business is essential for this role. This is an opportunity to work in an innovative environment, within a newly established team, taking on responsibility for helping the organisation secure new business and renegotiate on existing contracts.

About our client Genesis Housing Association is one of the country’s leading providers of Affordable Housing. They own and manage 30,000 homes across London and the east of England with several thousand new homes in development. The Association offers a wide range of housing options, including affordable rented, temporary, supported and shared ownership homes. Genesis also provides property management and maintenance services to others.
