We are looking two recruit experienced project officers and a sleep-in officer for our project based in Poplar which provides accommodation for older people who have been homeless with low/medium support needs
You will be responsible for the provision of a high quality, sensitive and responsive support service to an allocated caseload of service users through personalised support plans.
Also, you will ensure that service users are able to become involved in scheme, organisational & community activities and support them to live independently. You will be required to keep relevant electronic records on the database.
The right candidates will have proven experience of keyworking, undertaking needs and risk assessments and support plans.
In addition, you must have experience of working with service users with substance misuse problems as well as an understanding of the Supporting People Quality Assessment Framework.
